I don't think you are supposed to cut many traces on this type of board. It's not a general replacement for stripboard.
It is designed for circuits with lots of parallel wired chips, like memory boards.

As I suspect few here would use many

I use a board very similar to the product at Far ell as linked by AndyGadget above.
Picked up about 40 for around $2 ea a couple of years ago. Likewise often cut then down into halves or one-third - two thirds for various projects.
I find the 3-hole lands/strips generally sufficient (often only needing 2 holes) and the end result is a more compact version than similar proto-boards with 5-hole strips and/or power rails between every row of component strips.
