I am unable to open the PICAXE Programming Editor in Windows 98SE. I have used PICAXE Programming Editor extensively in Windows95, plain Windows98 and Win XP home edition. I have downloaded the indicated patch "instmsia", but the problem still persists. Can any one suggest a solution for my problem. I have to use Windows 98SE for other compelling reasons!

As already mentioned, I've got W98 & W98SE running this Picaxe editor a treat on a variety of late 90s Toshiba laptops. Check your PC first ? Stan
