Where has the dinky little clock gone?

I'm an abject beginner in all its meanings, and I still use only PICAXE VSM.
I'm in the process of learning how to operate a ds3232 clock.
I'm not doing badly, but something terrible keeps happening.
That lovely little clock on the xxx.DSN window that shows the set (or not set) time sometimes disappears,
and I can't bring it back again.
What do I do that makes it disappear?
What do I do to make it reappear?

I'd welcome any help.

The road to learning is a long road.
After the panic subsided I did some exploring.
All's well, I now know what to do.
