Using angular velocity to get angle of displacement

I have a set of Pinpoint Gyro's:

That I am trying to measure an angle of displacement from a set angle.
If I have angular velocity how do I convert this into an angle (degrees)

do I simply use omega = dtheta/dt? and do a radian to degree conversion?

Im unsure as to how to continually find the angle between the initial reference position and the current position repeatedly at say 1 second intervals.

Not this is not a code question its more of a theoretical question, Once I understand the method, the code will follow.

Any help would be much appreciated
