I then failed to download and then checked the firmware to discover Unknown Firmware D.2 and a blank where it should say 20X2. Any ideas. Using progedit 5.5.6. Technical Technical Support Staff member Oct 3, 2013 #2 Follow the 'hard reset' procedure (see the manual) to do a power on hard reset.
