Serout 20M2 TXD pin?

I want to drive an oled display from an 20M2. I thought I would be able to use the decdicated TXD pin 19 but cannot allocate it so ussuaming its not possible?

Display works fine if I use C.4

You could try using A.0 but I am not sure if that will actually work.

It's not really a good idea to drive an OLED or LCD from the download serial out, data sent out on that pin during download or debugging can easily corrupt the display, put it into modes which may require it to power cycled.

Officially no. And you probably wouldn't want to as any time you do a PICAXE download your LCD would display garbage.

Many Thanks I'll try A.0 later. I thought that was the case but as I was running out of pins in the right place for my board so thought I'd ask.
