Sending over contact with PNS

Is there a possibility to connect 2 Picaxe Net Servers with an IP connection with each other and sending over a contact from one site to the other ?

The Picaxe Net Servers are servers so are contacted from clients. I don't believe the PNS have any client capability themselves. That could potentially be added if the non-PICAXE firmware stack on the board were altered to provide it but could possibly be a complicated matter.
