Resonators

I am using a Picaxe 28x with a frm010 firmwae chip and lcd.

can i use an 8mhz resonator wih the 28x or do they both have to be 4mhz?

 

[Technical]

Use the 8MHz with the 28X but use N1200 instead of N2400 for the LCD commands. As the chip is running at double speed the N1200 will become the correct 2400 baud rate automatically.
