Quick PWM question re 14m2

I am thinking of making a Light and Sound machine or AVS machine as they are sometimes known, basically the set up is you have 2 audio frequencies of slightly different pitch (one for each ear) to give binaraural beat sounds, and LEDs over each eye for photic stimulation, sometimes the LEDs will be in sync with the audio othertimes they won't, depending on the desired effect. I realise that this might me a complex project but I am in no rush to complete it, and no doubt it will require a fair bit of trial and error to get the correct performance.

But first things first will the 14m2 be able to give 2 channels of audio rate PWM (80-300hz say) and 1 or 2 channels of slower (say 1-32hz) for the LEDs, all at the same time along with user interface handling (most likely just a few pushbuttons, but perhaps a serial OLED) possible?

Edit - thread title should be PWM of course, can a moderator change it please?

Just a suggestion, ...

Use two PICAXE chips.

Each controls one Pwmout channel (80 - 300Hz) and one
on - pause - off - pause sequence for the LED. (1- 32Hz)

Linked by one serout - serin lin.
