It supports a lot of the microchip range (more than just the PICAXE ones) - although I'd imagine it won't support any of the bigger (say 32 bit) PICs and ones released after it was released.

There's probabvly a complete list somewhere.

In theory the BAS800 supports all 12F and 16F series PICs (8 to 28 pin).
However as Microchip release so many new parts monthly it is quite hard to keep up to date with all the new additions. If a customer requests support of a missing specific part we do try to add it asap (we may require samples for testing).

may i understand that bas800 do not fits with 40x2 ?
bas800 manual seems to let understand that changing 28 pin zif socket for a 40 pin zif socket will turn bas800 compatible with pic18f4520
so on other side i have another question
now we have three pic families like pic18f4520 pic 18f45k20 and 18f45k22
their 3 vpp are differents ,does bas800 take account of that ?
i am ready to buy a bas800 but want be sure to get the good tool
regards

Basic command for BAS800

Hi:) I have searched this forum to find a ref to Basic Command that the BAS800 and assembler can handle, but found only old documents. There is caution that it can only do a subset. Anybody have more info on this. Please... (A big smile...) Thanx
