Project gallery and receiving prize?

I received mail from Rev-Ed (24-09) informing me that my project got a prize and asked me to send them postal address.
Now its almost a month passed and haven't received that prize. Orders from techsupplies take about week to arrive.
What is others experience of receiving prizes.
