Programming Editor Error

Hi

Since upgrading to the newest version of programming editor, everytime I start the program or try to access my old basic program files I get a "File Error" that says: "Failed to open reserved words file" Any ideas on how I could solve this?

i get this too, i just click ok and get on with it it dosent cause me any problems.
