Playing Rudolf and flashing his nose

Hi, Im using an axe 14. I can see the chip has lots of inputs and outputs. I would like to play the rudolf tune - no problem whilst at the same time use another output pin to flash his nose. The Logicator graphic flowchart deletes the parallel process line to the flash routine.

Is this possible please.
