PICAXE VSM has been a rather stable product offering so there has been nothing added or updated recently. The most likely future updates would be support for any additional PICAXE devices should any arrive in future.
Once 12 months has elapsed since the last licence renewal one would need to purchase a new full licence to gain use of those. You seem to already be beyond that so it would probably be safe to say that you have your licence and that's all you need.
