About three weeks ago I designed a PCB and had it made through Seeedstudio. I recently received them and they are just fine. 
The circuit is quite small and just consists of IC socket, the download circuit, 2.1mm DC jack and pin headers. The minimum order quantity was 10 and I got them cheaply so if anyone in Europe wants one you can have it if you pay the postage.
In my hurry to order them I forgot to finish the jumpers for the 18-pin Picaxe so those cannot be used. For both jumpers, the middle and rightmost hole should be bridged with a piece of wire.
