Pc Interfaceing, i2c, temp sensor

ok this is my first big project using picaxe and i2c.

i need to measure a temp from a lm-35 sensor using the readadc10 command this value will be stored in a W register that will be sent to a eprom (24LC256) this is repeated for 4 sensors.
these values will then be sent to a VB.net program and then converted into a xml and uploaded to a ftp.

i can do the xml conversion and the ftp upload but need a bit of help with the rest.


Suggestions, references or any help would be appreciated.

Having a good look at the code produced by the datalogger wizard is probably a good place to start.
