I recently bought a new computer and tried to install the new 4.1.4 Programming Editor. The previous version I had was too old to update so I downloaded the complete 20 MB package. When I try to install it I must provide my password, and it is rejected.
The password for 4.1.4 may be different to the password you used for earlier versions.
You should receive an email containing the password which is sent when you started your download. Check you've typed it correctly and haven't got caps-lock on.
Yes, perform the steps to do the download, but when the download starts and it says "Save As ...", hit Cancel; the email will be sent again - Check you've specified your correct email address in your registration ;-)
