what is electrical noise which is produced when motor is connected?
IS it harmful to picaxe chip?
What should i do to stop or reduce it?

One example of electrical noise produced by motors is back emf. This is harmful to the PICAXE chip but can be suppressed with a reversed biased diode wired in parallel with the motor.

PICAXE Manual 3 mentions another 'electrical noise' which can be suppressed with a 220nF polyester capacitor in parallel with the motor.
