Is there any way of pre-loading memory chips in VSM with data? I can load RAM chips in circuit (inefficient), but I'd like to be able to throw data into a chip prior to simulation.

Is this possible?

If anyone can help, the memory device I'm using is the 6116 IC. I'm also wondering if any of the eprom's can be used as well.

Eeprom etc. can dave data in the .dsn file - look up MODDATA and 'Persistent model data' in the help files. But this only applies to real life devices that can store data upon power done - RAM type devices behave as real devices - loosing data upon power down (simulation end).
