Im curious about 40X2, I will get it soon, surprised that 40X2 is different low volts, max 3.3 volts not 5 volts like for 08M, 18M, 20M, if do 5 volts cause will damage, 40X2 must max 3.3 volts is that correct? what kind value regulated 3.3volts? like 7805 for 08M etc. LED should less resistor about 180-390ohms (5-20mA) for low volt 40X2.

40X2 need use crystal 4Mhz as normally time? like pause 500 will almost correct 0.5sec by normally rest 4Mhz crystal?

No, 40X2 is max 5.5V like other parts.
There is however a special low voltage version called 40X2-3V, which only works up to 3.3V.

X2 parts use the internal 8MHz resonator. An external resonator is not reuqired, but can be added if desired (see setfreq command in manual 2).

The default frequency setting on a 40X2 is to use the internal 8MHz resonator. At this setting, pause 500 will take 0.5 seconds.

Right, thanks. X2 parts have internal 8MHz resonator as rest. I see, max 5.5 volts like others, then great. I checked websites which I ordered 40X2, not 3Ver, its standard, its good use 5 volts with other share CMOS unlikely low volts.
