How ambitious an approach did you have in mind? Rev.Ed of course have long offered a complete AXE110 4 channel PICAXE datalogger, but it's a piece of cake to rustle up simpler setups for the likes of temperature monitoring. StampPlot,StampDAQ or Excel displays are usually quite adequate.

Control software complexity may be significant if you meant something at a Labview level

I didn't get the right URL above which makes clearer the soft ware and hardware combination - of course I
want it to control my cold fusion device as well as logging why it's working so well
