Logic Gate icon.

I have the Programming Editor V 4.1.16 [Flowchart DLL 3.03], with the LOGIC GATE icon in the MENU bar. Every time I click on this icon in the Flowchart mode I get the following message:"logic files not supported in this release(available early 2006)".
Will Technical please explain how to use this icon for AND and OR functions.
