Unless they provide a manual on how to use it, I would not buy them.

There are also marked as no longer available ...........

They probably would work with PICAXE chips but seem to be SPI based and look to need three I/O lines to drive them.

Without documentation you would be converting cost saving into effort of getting them to work.
