ISIS updater "UDSCHED" blocked by windows defender

!. "UDSCHED" is a confusing way to call a software updater. many updaters are called e.g. for adobe: "Adobe update manager".

". The publisher on UDSCHED is not specified.

The above means that the user account control in windows defender prevents the isis updater from running at computer startup.

I would suggest that the isis updater sould run every time isis is loaded up (does not run more than once every 15 hours), rather than running on computer startup.

This is one of the blocked startup programs where a message about this pops up from the taskbar every time I turn my computer on.

Could anyone notify this annoyance?

If you run the scehdule updater PICAXE VSM>Update Manager you can select the update period - select manually if you don't want to do it automatically.

Oh, I see. So, the default setting is every month.
All I want to know about is the fact that the publisher is not stated in the updater "udsched".
