Is there a consolidated list of differences between versions of the 40X2 chips?

I have a few early 40X2's (before they were refered to as -5v). The pinout I received at the time did not include the SRNQ pin now shown on the new enhanced chip.

Is there a list of all the differences? I have found some of them scattered about i.e. the input types for the pins and the voltage ranges for the main power.

I suspect there are more but it is difficult to know if any given feature is new or legacy.

If you open the folder/directory on your PC where the Programming Editor is installed you will see a couple of text files.

the Revision.txt file provides details on the revisions to the PE software.
The Firmware.txt provides revision details for the firmware in each PICAXE chip

I searched the forum threads and only found references to one at a time. I figured there was a better source.
