Identifying chips.

Hi,

Although I have been using my 28 pin project board for a while, I have done anything with the other chips that I bought a while ago. I have been asked to make something for a school fate so I am just going through my chips to see what I can use.

I have 3 different chips, all with markings that I can't identify from the shop or the manual.

16 pin - 4116R LF, 1-331, CO944.
16 pin - 02ASXFM, L293DNE.
18 pin - ULN2803A, 990UH VW, MYS 99 003

I'm pretty sure the last one is an 18M2 as I remember ordering one a while back but I'm unsure about the others. Does anybody know what they are or point me in the right direction to find out?

@pjl83,

You could always print out some labels and attach to your IC's for easier quick identification.

don't forget to change the file extension from .dsn to .xls so Excel will read it.
