Help in using simulator

Hello

Andy here i been out of the frame for a while doing some gas exams, glad to be back.

I have been trying out the simulate programme found within the main PICAXE programming editor.

Is there a manual to help me use the simulator as i do not understand what all of the boxes are telling me.

There are some details and diagrams on the simulator portion there.
