HC SR04 and Flowchart

Afternoon all,

I have been given some HC-SR04 to use on a robotics project. The robot is being designed for primary students so I will be using the flowchart software and not basic.

Is it possible to use the SR04 with PE Flowchart software or not? Is the ultra command transferable or would I have to create a sub-routine to get it to work?
Does the sensor need to be wired up a special way?
Am I creating a headache that is not worth it and I should just bite the bullet and get some SRF05's from China?

The (china) HC-SR04 wll not work with the (uk) SRF005 'ultra' command code.
However they will work with your own code using pulsin, search the forum for several code examples e.g. post 12 of the thread actually called HC-SR04 here
