I am starting on my spring cleaning and am about to bin the following. If anyone has any need please contact me.

  • NEC MR52-24US Signal relay contacts rated at 1A @ 120VAC 2A @ 30VDC DPDT
  • Motorola MBR6045 60 amp Schottky Rectifier 40 V

added: Well Haku MINE are all new, so there! I had 500 of each but tossed half already.

I finally had a look through my old stash of old electronics, found lots of relays including some miniature high control voltage ones, 2 valves, 4 nixie tubes and some MM4001 transistors.

I don't know how many MM4001's there were - too many to count - so I weighed them, almost half a kilo!

They all appear to be desoldered so some have real short legs and don't know if they work, but if anyone wants to pay postage for some then drop me a line.

OK, here's my first batch of stuff going free to a good home.

It's all manuals, from the days when component info came on paper, with plenty of real practical application notes.

None of them are in collector's quality condition, some are quite rough, but they are a treasure trove of information.

1 - 1963 - Burr Brown Handbook of Op Amp Applications. A bible for analog, it covers theory and application of op amps in general. Written by engineers for engineers.

2 - 1993 - Micrel Semiconductor databook. MOSFET drivers, display drivers, voltage regs, power drivers, etc.

3 - 1980 - Towers International Transistor Selector. Need to find a replacement for that XP43B ?. You need this book.

4 - 1993 - Nat Semi Data Acquisition databook. AtoD, DtoA, Vrefs, Temperature, S&H, filters, switches and multiplexers.

5 - 1994 - Micrel Semiconductor databook. Even more MOSFET drivers, display drivers, voltage regs, power drivers, etc.

6 - 1993 - Texas Instruments MOS Memory databook. Dynamic, modules, EPROM, EEPROM, OTP, Video RAM, etc.

7 - 1993 - Texas Instruments Linear Circuits vol 4. Power drivers, peripheral drivers, display drivers, applications, etc.

8 - 1992 - Texas Instruments Linear Circuits vol 3. Votage regs, comparators, timers, prog tone/noise gens, log amps, sonar, etc.

9 - 1992 - Texas Instruments Linear Circuits vol 2. AtoD, DtoA, video, DSP, switches, filters, etc.

10 - 1980 - Texas Instruments BiFET Design Manual. An engineers reference book, a bit like the Burr Brown, but 17 years newer !.

11 - 1980 - Texas Instruments Bipolar Memory. PROMs, FIFOs, RAMs, etc.

12 - 1974 - Motorola McMOS Handbook. Everything you need to know about designing with CMOS. Loads of info about CMOS characteristics, interfacing to other logic families, counting, combinatorial logic, multiplexing, etc.

13 - 1992 - Xicor Databook. NonVol RAM, serial EEPROM, serial digital pots, IO expanders, etc.

14 - 1977 - Nat Semi ( re-badged as Radio Shack ! ) Memory databook. MOS Bipolar and CMOS RAM., EPROM, ROM, shift regs, char gens, etc.

15 - 1978 - Nat Semi Memory databook. Like the previous, but with added code convertors, NIBL interpreters, etc. ( Anybody know where can I get an INS8295 nowadays ?)

16 - 1977 - Nat Semi Pressure Transducer Handbook. Does what it says on the tin.

17 - 1988 - Texas Instrument Linear & Interface Applications. Another bible on analog, but this time with a lot more interfacing to microcontrollers.

18 - Early 90s - NEC uCOM Users Manual. The handbook for NEC's 4-bit microcomputer development system.

19 - 1980 - Texas Instruments Linear Control Circuits databook. OP amps, comparators, data acquisition, hall effect, level detect, etc.

20 - 1979 - Nat Semi Interface databook. Bus transceivers, peripheral power drivers, display drivers, microprocessor interfaces, LED drivers, app notes. Another bible.

21 - 1978 - RCA CMOS Databook. This is a must have. It's the easiest to use CMOS databook I have ever owned. It still covers most of the 'everyday' CMOS we still use today.

22 - 1980 - Nat Semi MOS databook. A mixed bag of MOS. Including COPS microcontrollers, char ROMs, speech chips, TV sync chips, A/D, D/A, VF display drivers, alarm clocks, thermometers, an educational game processor !, DTFM generators, PLL, LCD drivers, and loads more. Great reading.

23 - 1980 - Nat Semi Memory databook. NMOS, CMOS, Bipolar TTL, schottky, ECL, and bubble !. CRT controllers, char gens, multiplexers, etc.

24 - 1980 - Texas Instrument MOS memory databook. An early offering from TI, this book covers upto 64K dynamic, 4K static, although the datasheets for the latter are marked as 'advance information' ! Also includes a cross-reference to second sources.

25 - Early 90s - Nat Semi Data Acquisition handbook. A/D, D/A, SAR, DVM drivers, swiches & multiplexers, S&H, Vrefs, Op amps, applications.

Just pay the postage and you can have any ( or all ! ) of these.

Cheers,

Buzby.

Hey Buzby, I`d happily take all of those if that's ok? How much do you think postage would be?
