Hi, I get the following error after installing the latest Editor (3.5.1). But it all seems to work ok after pressing ok (well running a sim and editing code).

I'm wondering if you've become victim to the recent 'false alarm' virus scare relating to FTchipID.dll which may also affect isDigitalLibrary.ocx as a side-effect ?

Which anti-virus / firewall software are you using ?

Have a look in C:\Windows\System32 and see if isDigitalLibrary.ocx is there.

I'm using Norton antivirus. I've got both files in \System32. Have just read the other threads on this topic so it seems I can relax about it ! Thanks.

The BAS805 installer should have registered the file automatically but the error message seems to suggest it hasn't been registered. One thing you can try is to register the file manually. From the Start -> Run menu or an 'MS-DOS command prompt' enter ( exactly as shown, double quotes and full paths ) ...

C:\Windows\System32\RegSvr32 "C:\Windows\System32\isDigitalLibrary.ocx"

Do you recall which version of Programming Editor you previously had installed before upgrading to 5.3.1 ? Also which Windows OS are you using, 32 or 64-bits ?
