Downloading Microsoft .Net 3.5 Download, page not found!

We are not sure what the issue is but will investigate. The link from the PICAXE site is the same as that carried on the Microsoft site in multiple places, so it appears to be something at Microsoft's end.
Added : The first time I tried I got the same message. The second time it took me to a .Net home page. The third time it gave me a page which then provided the expected .exe download.
It is probably worth trying again later.
Further added : The status of some Microsoft products was scheduled to change today so any 'unavailable' issues may be a matter of Microsoft house-keeping and only temporary. Support for older versions of IE ends as does support for some .Net frameworks, however .Net 3.5 has longer term support so should not be affected by any changes today.
