Hi to everyone....Does somebody Knows a sound synth midi card with sd reader integrated ,controlled by i2c??

I need to play,stop,fwd,rwd, etc... a midi file from sd reader...and pilot directly the instruments synth via i2c...i can't via serial port....

Can you help me???

I saw the sparkfun vbs 1XXXX series ...but unfortunetly they are driven only with serial port......

I think a block diagram and some more detail of the set up and what you want to achieve would help here.

If you cannot find a MIDI File player / synth that has I2C control then it may be possible to use a PICAXE which bridges between the player and the I2C you want.
