confused on how to hook up a resonator

Hi,
I need to get a 28x2 chip running at 64mhz.
I know I need a 16mhz resonator to do this, which I have ordered from the picaxe shop http://www.picaxestore.com/index.php/en_gb/res037.html

However I am unsure how to hook it up to the picaxe.
I'm not sure if any other capacitors are needed as well.
I am guessing that the middle pin goes to ground, and the two outer pins go to the two pins labelled "resonator" on the 28x2 pinout diagram.

There is probably a schematic somewhere that I am missing.

Have a look at PICAXE Manual 1 page 35 for the connections.

A 3-pin resonator has the neccessary capacitors included internally.
