common anode or common cathode

I want to USE a Picaxe to PWM some Piranha RGB leds
through IRL3803 30V Single N-channel HexFET Power MOSFETS

I can get both common anode and common cathode Piranha RGB leds but
which should I choose when using the N channel Mosfet ?

common anode, put the cathodes through the mosfet to ground. might want to wait for someone to double check.

N Channel = low side switching.

You want common +V LEDs.

That's common anode.
