Batch programming tool

Hi forumites,

I remember being mentioned here a tool for batch programming which requires only some pads on the pcb and the tool works by pressing the contacts on the pads. I think the brand is 3M but I am not sure.

I know is quite a vague description and this is a long shot but can anyone point me to it?
