That is the Schools Experimener Board. This is a great board for learning. It has 3 LED outputs (0, 1, 2) a digital input (3) and a LDR for analogue input (4). It also has a header and switches so that you can use a breadboard or other devices to practice with.

To see if it is the board you have use the simulate function in the programing environment. Click on the simulate menu item -> simulation panels -> sim products and click Axe092 - schools experimenters board. Write some code in the code window (main: goto main is enough) and press simulate.
