AXE027 driver issue W7 64bit ultimate

Hi Forum,

I have tried installing the drivers for win7 (manually and via setup) with no joy

I followed the instructions via pdf for the driver install but what i was seeing did not match the instructions:

i dont get a driver install warning - just a driver did not install correctly (properties does show a driver however), i dont see a USB com etc..?

any guides?
