AXE027 Driver for Mac OSX Intel 64 bit - link broken

I know absolutely nothing about OSX, but:

That link: https://ftdichip.com/drivers/vcp/macosx/ftdiusbserialdriver_v2_2_18.dmg was working when the WayBack Machine trawled the site in May this year. FTDI must have removed it shortly afterwards.

Presumably it refers to a specific version of the driver (2.2.18) and there may be a more recent version somewhere on the FTDI site - though whether it works with the AXE027, I wouldn't know..

The driver in the WayBack Machine's archive is HERE (Within the driver package is a README, that says "v2.2.18 (8th August 2012)", so it's pretty ancient!)

I know nothing about OSX either, but:
drivers for an ordinary FTDI chip, like the one in the AXE027 cable, are up-to-date and readily available from the FTDI site.
To use them, you just need to change the PID of the FTDI in your AXE027 to the standard 6001 with FTPROG (also available on the FTDI site). You might need a Windoze computer to do that.
