Hey I know this is a pretty stuip queston but i could not find anything on the internet. Would any of you guys know what the connects or on a normal head phone stero plug.

Wikipedia (first place to look) says sleeve is usually ground, ring is right-hand channel, tip is left-hand channel. This is for stereo plug--mini-stereo and micro-stereo should be the same, but I wouldn't know for sure. Check here for more info:
