Got a data sheet, part number, what is the interface - that type probably no until more information is avialable.

Is it just the ultrasound transducer ? If it is then you will not be able to easily use it directly with a PICAXE.

Google has a lot of information on "HT-XX-20B/14B1" so maybe you could dig through that to find the datasheets and other useful information saving others from having to do that work. The more you can help others to help you the more help you will get.

That looks a lot like the sensors built into car bumpers. These sensors require 2 I/O pins and are read with a pulsout followed by a pulsin: simple, well-documented code is readily available.
