28X projectboard and 'output portc x'

Hi All.
I have the projectboard 28x with a darligton driver on the 'normal' output pins.
If/when I want to use portc as outputs, is there any problems/things to remember with that ?
What i can see is:
a. It's not bufferd with darligton driver.
b. When output i HIGH the pin will be pre-loaded with 0,5mA (@5V) due to the resistor pack.

Anything else i missed ?

What you can do with them as outputs is limited. For example, you cannot use serout, servo, pulsout and probably a few others. They will be inputs (and hence high impedance) until changed. Be careful when using I2C and/or PWMout.
