I just got one of these Optical Finger Modules: http://www.parallax.com/StoreSearch...List/0/SortField/4/ProductID/715/Default.aspx

That's an I2C pseudo-trackball sensor on sale for $13.49, which might just be the next addition to this robot, for the ultimate in gesture control.

Nice neat construction there erco, .....i am gobsmacked by the short remote control code...... (picaxe programming is still new to me)
