You should be able to change your password via the forum by clicking on your username at the top right of this page, then clicking on 'Password and Security", and this should take you directly there -

If you login using your work laptop you will be able to check your account settings to confirm what email address you have saved.I have my work laptop that keeps me logged
Another check you can do is ro check your spam folder to see if your provider has started treating emails from picaxeforum.co.uk as span.Yes, the email is correct "[REDACTED BY MOD]"
No I am not able to change because it asked for your current PW to setup a new one.Are you able to change your password using your work laptop?
