Is there anyway of recovering program from a picaxe chip. Crashed pc and lost some programs.

Next time, make backups on pen drive or cd-rom, that save me from total lost when some M.t.r F.k.r steal my notebook with all programs inside.
Insurance company give me one new notebook, and recover the data from the pen drive at my home.

even if it were possible all you'd get out of it is the tokenised code
and then converting that back basic code is a pain especially if the editor runs some kind of code optimisation as well
