Universal programer Development Board

After getting a monster 40x2 Picaxe I was not so keen to use it on a breadboard.
I purchased a Sure programer it comes with 18,10 and 40 pin Zif sockets just 11 aussie dollars delivered!
It seemed a waste to just remove and use the Zif's so I finaly decided to convert it to
a higher level programer for Picaxe use!
The 20 pin socket can be used for 8m2 and 14m2 also if we get some lol!

. The Zif sockets align with header sockets which I replaced with header pins.
. The jumper pins were rearranged so the top six we can reuse for V+ and the bottom six for 0v Gnd.
. For power I added a 47uf tantalum and a led and 1k resistor for indication,it already has two 0.1uf caps on the back.
. For programing and running we've added 22k and 10k to each socket.
. Dont know if its really needed but added a switch just need to drill two holes and add a 4.7k resistor for the 40x socket.

.Existing traces carry the power to each socket we just need to cut some traces we wont be using (13)
hopefully this can be clearly seen on the images.
.All the sockets can be populated and just use flying leads to program each chip.(so,si,Gnd)

I,m starting to prefer these plugin leads a lot better than breadboarding
just need to make afew more modules so I can just plug and play lol!
