The archive

The archive goes back to june 2003 with some BIG gaps in the threads - I can't believe there was so much time between threads.

Nice to see many of the starters still here and offering advice and help. A credit to the Picaxe community. I for one would like to say thanks guys (at least guys as far as I can tell)

For any newcomers there is a wealth of valuable information in these archives - what doesn't answer your immediate questions will spark off inspiration for your next project - have a look!

I agree it does fire up the grey matter.
I saw a post a few days ago about using an old pen plotter for a foil cutter. to make PCB's and I just happened to have one of these out in the shed.(garage??)
But when I connected it all up the switch mode power supply had a fit.
Anyhow, I managed to get it restored and I am now awaiting delivery of a blade holder and some blades.

Actually the forum was running several years before June 2003, but with PICAXE as a 'section' in a general Rev-Ed forum. June 2003 was when the PICAXE got its own dedicated forum.
