Support for procedures in simulation studio

Does simulation studio support programs that use procedures? I created a simple light flasher program using the rudolph sim. As soon as I tried to use a procedure for flashing I started getting an error about no program in memory when I started running the program

I have attached two files one with subs and one without.

Also is there a limitation about which processors can be used with simulation studio?

You've got to click on the programming cable in the simulator so that it is inserted. If it is inserted, you don't have to click on it. Then you must program the virtual PICAXE in the simulator.

Also, In Simulation Studio, it appears that you can have up to 8 inputs and 8 outputs.
