Supply Voltage customising.

I need to be able to have a 12 volt supply for this circuit. I went into help and went into power power supplies/ rails. Went to design, configure power rails. I entered a new supply in the top box and set it at 12 volts, both with and without the default box checked. And I still have no luck with 12 volts.
I'm pulling a 5 volt source from the terminals mode icon but thats it. Where do I modify or select a power supply that will allow me to change it and not give me power net errors?

Correct process, so there is confused rail naming somewhere.
