Just a minor oversight


Even if you overclock, the ReadADC command will add a minimum of 250uS delay on its own.
Nothing you can do about that except resort to hardware.

Oh just a very slight oversight BB.................................

Anyhow, have had a tinker and took it back to original set up with the 220 uf cap and 10K resistor, take the readadc reading off that output and out of the 28X2 to the opto and this as what resulted, amy need a slight tinker to smooth things out a bit more but certainly looks favourable?

That's probably as good (quick) as you will ever get that design. Assuming your 'scope probes are correctly adjusted.

I am using the DPscopeSE from Womai (Wolfgang) and set it all as instructed so I am presuming all is good with them.

Will take some further readings just to see how it works across different ranges, be intresting to see the results.

I changed the pot I had in the circuit from a little preset one to a proper linear pot and now see the result, much better?



Looks like this problem has now been resolved, thanks very much to all who have helped.
