Speech synthesizer

I have been looking through some posts here, but all the speech synthesizer chip s mentioned, i cant find a single supplyer of one. I am looking to buy just one.

I am looking a chip that i can use with a PICAXE, to speak, and a number of places say it's possible.

This is for my Systems and Control GCSE, and time is really running out, could anyone please help?

See the SPE030 module. This is not just a chipbuit a complete module, as the chips are only available in very small surface mount format and require a number of additional support components.
